New-Menus has been approved by the Ohio Department of Health as a certified "food safety instructor and teaching base" to conduct ServSafe® LEVEL II (now referred to as Manager Certification in Food Protection) training and testing.
I am a Servsafe Certified Instructor and Registered Exam Proctor for the NRA's ServSafe® program, hold a State of Ohio Manager Certification in Food Protection (formerly called a "level two") and an MBA and also a BA in chemistry.
As an adjunct instructor, I have successfully taught Food Safety and Sanitation since 2008 at:
• Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio
• The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati
• Cincinnati State Technical and Community College's Midwest Culinary Institute
and for the last 3 years I have applied that experience in the teaching of Food Safety and Sanitation theory to the practical, as a Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor for the Kings Island amusement Park
